Chris Korthaus is the Founder and Principal Agent of CK Insurance Group, an independent insurance agency serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout Ohio. Since founding the firm in 2023, Chris has focused on building a modern agency centered on thoughtful advice, responsive service, and long-term client relationships.
In March 2026, CK Insurance Group expanded with the acquisition of the historic Hull & Hull Insurance book of business—continuing its legacy while bringing expanded resources and service to Central Ohio clients.
Chris holds active property & casualty and life & health insurance licenses and maintains the professional designations of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC). With more than a decade of experience in financial services and insurance, he works closely with homeowners, professionals, and business owners to design personal, commercial and life insurance strategies that protect what they’ve built.
Chris lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife Emily, their son Carter, and their dog, Cheddar.
